  • For card holder's protection, every order placed will go thru our strict security and Verification Department. For faster service, all orders must be shipped to the billing address (where the cardholder receives the credit card bills). If for some reason you are unable to ship to the billing address, kindly call your credit card company and have them list the alternate "Ship To" address. Upon receipt of your order, we will verify this information and will proceed to ship your package. This policy is for the safety of card holder and to stop any fraudulent activities. All credit card companies recommend this policy for any online credit card transaction.
  • Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order for the security purpose.
  • All fraudulent activities will be reported to the credit card issuer with your information. Stop now if you are trying to use an unauthorized credit card number.
To be fair shipping prices will be emailed to you for your approval prior to processing your order unless you specify otherwise when selecting the shipping option. We ship to the upper 48 states only.

Additional shipping fees may apply to special order, non stock parts and accessories.

We accept  VISA ,MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS as payment. All in stock orders placed by 12 pm will ship the same day via  FED-EX OR USPS for smaller items. Due to changing inventory prices and steel prices we are not responsible for pricing errors. You must have a return authorization to return any parts. There is no return on electrical parts or snow plow packages of any type. NO RETURNS ON WIRELESS CONTROLS WITH BURNT CIRCUITRY. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL ORDER PARTS OR CLOSE OUT ITEMS. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from). All returns must be made within 10 business days, shipped customer prepaid, be in new condition and in new original containers. All items come with the respective manufacturers warranty. Handling charges up to 20% may be imposed on returned merchandise, except if goods were defective or was an error on our part.
